The K3 company builds, modernizes single facility and implements the entire poultry farms including land development and complete design documentation. Our goal is to build and provide comprehensive services of  an investment with  minimum involvement of investor.
 

According to ours and farmers experience a modern livestock facility should meet a few basic criterions such as:

- Conception and working design are based on optimal technology
- Building structure facilitates its maintenance in required sanitary conditions
- Building structure and isolation minimalize heating costs and facilitate the most suitable microclimate
- Usage of building materials resistant to aggressive environment prevailing in a henhouse reduces degradation of the building
- Short construction time and possibility of its expansion is available thanks to a frame structure

Beneath we present the brief construction characteristics of a henhouse suggested by our design specialists:
 

Structure

  • The main construction is made of hot-rolled steel or plate grinders; optimal henhouse in approximate width 15-24 m; structural frame spacing – 6 m
  • Secondary construction (including purlins and wall beams) is made of cold-bend elements
  • Rustproof protection by hot-dip galvanizing or painting with polyurethane to the thickness 150 µm
  • Visible steel construction outside the building available with the option of suspended ceiling and trapezoidal sheets as a roof

Casing

ROOF / WALLS:

  • Main stracture is made of hot-rolled steel or plate grinders; optimal  henhouse in approximate width 15-24 m
  • Casing of a roof and walls is made of sandwich panels with polyurethane or polyisocyanurate cores in suggested thickness 80-120 mm. What depends on breeding type
  • Possibility of selecting internal coating facilitates assembly of sandwich panels in diverse environment that is chosen in  respect of its aggressiveness. Available coating: PE, PVC, PDF, Fiberglass, NP60
  • Air inlet / frontal or outlet fans are assembled according to technological requirements.
  • Technical and control rooms are built in any location chosen by a farmer to facilitate assembly of installation equipment.  
  • Doors and sectional doors made of galvanized steel and sandwich panels in colour of a henhouse front panel. There are also available the sectional doors and gates as an option.
  • Suspended poultry feeding system or suspended drinker that are assembled to structure in spacing according to technological requirements.

  • Environmental requirements of investment in order to receive environmental approval and decision on land development and management conditions
  • Preparing a planning permit and receiving a construction permit
  • Preparing estimate in order to obtain a credit
  • Construction and supervision
  • Preparing acceptance documentation and receiving occupancy permit
